Service Terms

These Service Terms govern all water extraction, structural dehumidification, sanitization, and related restoration services performed by WDR PRO’s. By engaging our services or authorizing emergency work, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

• Emergency water extraction and standing water removal using truck-mounted and submersible pumping units.
• Structural drying, dehumidification, and moisture monitoring in accordance with ANSI/IICRC S500 standards.
• Antimicrobial sanitization, biohazard cleaning, and mold prevention treatments.
• Moisture mapping, thermal imaging inspection, and documentation for property insurance claims.

Payment Terms

• Emergency mitigation services are billed based on standardized industry pricing (Xactimate) or agreed line-item rates.
• The property owner is responsible for applicable policy deductibles and any non-covered restoration services.
• Direct insurance billing authorization permits WDR PRO’s to submit invoices directly to your insurance carrier.
• Payment for non-insured private work is due upon receipt of the final invoice and completion of structural drying.

Liability Limits

WDR PRO’s performs mitigation to minimize secondary water damage but is not liable for pre-existing structural defects, dry rot, or unaddressed long-term moisture issues. While we strive to salvage floor coverings, drywall, and personal contents, items contaminated by Category 3 black water or severe delamination may be deemed non-salvageable under safety standards.
